Living in San Antonio, TX and serving as a developer, broker and property manager for over 30 years, Rob Holliday has been involved in $500M+ in commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas.

Originally from Chattanooga, TN and a proud University of Georgia alum, Rob began his career at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Houston. He shifted into commercial real estate with a large, mixed-use developer in Houston before accepting a position in San Antonio with an established family office.

Rob has leveraged successful, long-term relationships and partnerships when acquiring and developing a wide range of commercial real estate property types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily. He has also represented several national companies in the acquisition and/or leasing of properties throughout Central and South Texas.

A life-long urban beekeeper and organic gardener, Rob’s backyard is an active and productive place. Rob enjoys educating others in the community about honeybees and their essential “food supply” role as pollinators and honey producers.

Rob and his wife, Janet Holliday, crossed paths thanks to the Special Olympics Texas, and both are actively involved in the community. Janet owns The CE Group, an award-winning, San Antonio-based experience marketing agency.

His son, Ryan (and wife Mary Catherine), live in Houston and Ryan also works in the commercial real estate business.
